Our Clothing Unit’s journey…

  • Washed and hung up clothes

  • ‘Worked and shopped’ at the clothing store

  • Created tie-dye shirts at Family/Child Day in January

  • A field trip to a local children’s clothing store

  • Observed one of the abuelita’s sewing skills

  • In February, the clothing unit culminated with families creating their own dolls from various materials during Family/Child day
